Quickie - 20/11/2008

Ever wondered what people mean when they say that they've eaten something so good, it gave them a 'melt-in-the-mouth' sensation? i've always wondered how it felt like, until yesterday.

So okay, it's not something that exquisite, nor was it expensive. Currently Sushi King are making promotions (somesort of the seasonal type thing, beats me) on their fresh and raw salmon and tuna sushis. Having eaten my regular dose of favourites, i tried the fresh and raw salmon first. WHAM! That melt-in-your-mouth sensation occured for the first time. Nice!!! And so, i got brave with my pocket and decided to try the other promotion sushis. Next up, fresh and raw salmon belly. The thing was glistening in the shop's light, and by the time it popped into my mouth... OMG! A second level melt-in-your-mouth sensation. What next? Fresh and raw (yet again) tuna. This one is special because they claim it was flown in fresh from the source (how true, i don't know), and again... ahhh..... talk about eating nice stuff once in a while.

This morning, i got stupid and called a local radio station to give my opinion on the topic they were talking about; the management of PLUS (One of Malaysia's highways, google it) offered a 10%/10sen (can't remember which) discount on tolls for users travelling the highway between 12midnight to 7am. Somehow or another, my turn was up and i gave them a piece of my mind. What did i say? Well, if you weren't tuned into the station you'll never know... and i couldn't be bothered mentioning it here. Huhuhu~~~
